Add Rate Screen & Reporting

I spoke with Mike Hummer at Primrose School at Moorefield Station. He would like to have;

(1) a Procare Report that simply lists all the types and the associated rates. Furthermore, it would be helpful to have (2) a separate location within Procare to see and/or update any/ all rate(s) we choose without having to temporarily jump into an existing family to do these things. It should be available as a specific and separate function of the Procare software.
