Registration Form Checkbox Design

In a checkbox form field where the checkbox is required and there is a lot of text, the checkbox can be hidden because you have to scroll down within the text box. This happens also on the policy and waiver tab. The form doesn't tell you where you haven't finished a required item (the ability to submit the form is just grayed out), but the required checkbox is hidden and needs to be scrolled through to see. Families are not reading the text like they should and instead not filling out the form and just calling into the school. The school updated the field title to give instructions to scroll down to see if that helps.
