Policy and Waiver Details Documented

A customer edited the policy and waiver details, some families registered, and then the admin edited the policy and waiver details again, but now they have no record of what the previous families agreed to. This customer would like the policy and waiver details to be documented somewhere for completed forms so you can see later what families consented to. BAM 82710676 requested this.
