Streamline Invite Process for System Supervisors

Currently if a System Supervisor is added to Desktop, they are successfully added as a user in the schools, but not invited.
Logging into each school individually to invite the system supervisor is a long process for customers with many locations.
This is a necessary process if they want the system supervisor to be able to log into each school with edit rights.
