Customer relied on the notification email in legacy registration to contain the child's name. With the change to Advanced Registration and the sunsetting of legacy reg, the customer's processes no longer work, and threatens to dramatically increase the amount of manual work they must do to update their sales system.

We built a workflow around receiving this email using Zapier. The elimination of this email in your new registration form has broken our workflow and we no longer have a way to update our sales system HubSpot of the fact that a child has Applied or enrolled without doing it manually."
