Add a message or tooltip to the Merchant Statement report to clarify how the report functions

It would be helpful to add a message or tooltip to the Merchant Statement report to clarify how the report functions. Specifically:

• When a user runs the report for a given month, the data returned reflects the previous month’s activity.

• Example: Running the report for June 2025 will display May 2025's data.

• The report is not available until the 2nd day of each month, as the previous month’s data is not finalized until then.

• Example: May’s data / June’s report will not appear as a selectable option until June 2nd.

Adding this explanatory note directly in the UI (as a tooltip, inline message, or info icon) would reduce confusion and improve the user experience.
