I have a customer whose staff and families use the mobile app and are having translation issues. When staff sends a message to parents in English, parents do not have the option to highlight the text and translate the message into their native language. If parents were to send a message to their child's team in their native language, the center does not have the option to highlight the text and translate the message. They know this is an option when checking the child's daily updates, but it is important that this is also an option for all messages. (says other services can do it)
The feature request would be for Procare online to add an option to highlight the text and translate the message into their native language. So when staff or parents send a message, the receiver has the option to translate the message in product.
