BAM 61423721 would like the documents feature to be easier to navigate both on the staff side and parent. Center does not want to have to send a "user manual" for parents to quickly fill out a document. In DE, they have 44 possible documents that have to be kept on file for a child and this center does not see PC working for their needs in this capacity.
