Billing Preset Enhancements

Customer expressed that they would like to see enhancements to billing presets:

• Be able to change the sort order to alphabetical, and/or the ability to manually change the order in which they appear in invoices/recurring plans

• A way to organize those presets into different 'folders' to help them manage them more effectively
