Report request: Billing presets

Custom wants to see an overall billing report that shows, by year, information grouped by billing preset.

Customers do not have an easy way to report on their revenue organized by the presets that they are charging their families

Transaction reports show the presets under the 'Description' column, but it doesn't group them together or provide totals for each.
