Centers need to be able to track the amounts they invoice, receive as payment and write off on Subsidy account ledgers.
Currently, the only report that shows subsidy ledger info is Ledger Detailed Transaction. It does not include descriptions and doesn't label write-offs.
Centers opt to use other solutions for subsidy due to this and other weaknesses in Procare Online's current subsidy solution.
