Notification for a Observation/ Milestone

I spoke with Angie, she is a Education Trainer at Primrose Corporate.

Angie has been speaking with some Primrose owners and a request that she has received is for a indicator or notification option associated with observations.

Owners and their staff would like to be able to tell when new observation has been added and tagged with a Milestone that adds the observation to an assessment. Ultimately they would like to have more real time management of these items and more intentionality behind reviewing new observations for a portfolio.
