Procare Solutions Internal Ideas Portal
On the POS Transactions page of TE.com it will show transactions labelled as "Invalid" in addition to declines when the View Declines box is checked. However, these invalid transactions don't show on the ACH Returns/Credit Card Declines or any other TE report. Multiple customers have called into support (most notably Kids-R-Kids) asking for this since access to viewing these invalid transactions will be lost with the TE.com EOL.

These transactions are only for clients who have not migrated to TransIT. Once that migration is complete these transactions will not exist. Due to the limited time before all centers are migrated to TransIt will not be implementing.
