A parent was trying to pay ahead, and they are not checking for their bill. They miscalculated their payment and received a late payment on the last week of the month. They would like to be able to see an anticipated monthly payment.

With the new manage payment screen a field needs to be added to show the date the new payment method was added. Also when they add an updated payment method the previous ones should fall off. This new screen has actually made more work for us.

On hold for 4 + hours today then disconnected, called back several hours later listed aas 3182 in the Que. disconnected after 20 minutes

Family Data edit should appear on another user without having to log out and then back in.

As of right now we are only given the option to verify through text message. There should be another option like email. People may lose their phone, or it could be damage or disconnected. There needs to be another option for verification.

Our Director would like to see actual time clock in and out. We should not be rounding.
