Have a future payment by Month for Parents to See

A parent was trying to pay ahead, and they are not checking for their bill. They miscalculated their payment and received a late payment on the last week of the month. They would like to be able to see an anticipated monthly payment.

When parents enter a new payment method.

With the new manage payment screen a field needs to be added to show the date the new payment method was added. Also when they add an updated payment method the previous ones should fall off. This new screen has actually made more work for us.
