The ability to notify families when the credit card on file is nearing expiration is required. Will the transition away from Tuition Express include this as a "built in" feature of Procare for families who sign up for automatic recurring payments?

It only works for Legacy licensing, which is going away. This is found menu item Supervisor Utilities->Licensed Connection

Retain the data from a Re-Registration session if the user either voluntarily leaves the session or is disconnect. When they return to Re-Registration they can resume the session where they left off.
