BAM 36408873 would like the ability to mark messages as unread to come back to later (like when a parent makes a request and the admin/staff doesn't have time to do it right now but doesn't want to forget).

Customers would like the ability to be able to create parent messages and schedule them to send at a later time, similar to scheduled newsletters. Some customers state they have had this access in the past on other platforms, not Procare.
