Please change the online portal so that a person can store more than one form of payment at a time. It's very frustrating to have to reenter it every time I want use a new form of payment and go back to it the next time I pay.

Look at 1Place Compliance and add something similar so that providers do not need additional software.

Add a Time Stamp on reports with the date stamp.

When running reports especially when closing you may run several of the same. It helps to know what the most current report is.

Hide disenrolled children

I have foster parents who get kids for a short amount of time. It would be nice to be able to shrink them or hide them once they are gone.
