In the payment option the amount owed shouldn't populate automatically. It should show 0 until amount entered

Example: Payment made was $120 but Amount owed $240. When entered the payment by credit card option the amount automatically showed the $240 which needed to be changed to $120.00. This step is sometime missed by other administrators.

Allow the Employee Earning/Withholding Summary to print a specific pay period and not go according to the paydate posted

Documents move with a child

Develop an audit trail for changes made to the billing box.

On occasion my billing box has been changed to allow parents to pay a different amount than what is supposed to be charge. I would like to know who changed it. I am aware of the ability to grant and deny access to the billing box.

Tuition Express NSF notification

We love TE for the ease and timesaving. The only issue is that admin gets zero notification when a payment does not process. Therefore, we do not know the payment was not made unless we look at each individual account a few days after processing.

I recommend that Procare be fixed so that a custom schedule can't be created and saved without at least one line of data in it.

Currently a custom schedule can be created without anything in it. That means the child won't have any FTE value, but also doesn't appear on the report of children without a schedule, so we won't know the issue exists.
