The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

When pulling her reports for her centers, Sarah is needing to change the formatting so that she can add the numbers to other reports because our formatting does not speak to those reports.

Make a schedule unnecessary to add a deposit

When new child are added to SCW, we have to add a temp schedule so that we can enter the deposit. Then we have to go back and remove the schedule. It would be a lot easier if we could just select a classroom from the deposit screen.

The problem is that every time we add new schools, we have to go into close to 30 user accounts to update the permissions. We do not need to do it for Super Users because new schools are automatically added. We'd like the same to happen for other ...

Payment Method on Online Credit Card Screen and Family Ledger

Cadence is requesting an enhancement to help manage accounts. Currently, SCW does not provide a way to differentiate between autopay methods and stored one-time payment methods on the Online Credit Card screen or the family's ledger view.

Add a parent/contact profile pic from the portal

The only way to currently add a profile pic for a parent or contact is through the app. Children pics can be added through the portal. Adding through the portal for parents would give centers more flexibility in this

Display Family ID outside of Reports

Customer has found the Family ID column of billing reports to be helpful in reconciling. The Family ID is only visible within a report, and is not displayed elsewhere in Procare Online.
