Ability to add more than one staff to incident report
Client asked if there was a way to indicate more than one staff on an incident report as being there. I suggested adding to description as a work around.

Class Dojo has a feature where parents can like and comment on messages from teachers and be able to communicate with other parents. This center said she loved this feature in Class Dojo and wants to see it in Procare.
The only way to currently add a profile pic for a parent or contact is through the app. Children pics can be added through the portal. Adding through the portal for parents would give centers more flexibility in this
Customer has found the Family ID column of billing reports to be helpful in reconciling. The Family ID is only visible within a report, and is not displayed elsewhere in Procare Online.
Allow Admins to Merge and Delete Duplicate Records
Customers are limited to deactivating duplicate records, which can quickly make a mess of their Family Data. Customer has suggested allowing Admins to merge and delete any duplicate records.
I have had numerous clients tell me that they do not get Push Notifications when the parents are messaging them. Please let us know if there are specific things that need to be in place for this to work?
