Permit IntelliKids dates beyond past 30 days

IntelliKids waitlist dates that are dated over 30 days in the past do not transmit and one client is requesting the option to bring them over to Procare.

Restore the kick functionality for API licensing

It only works for Legacy licensing, which is going away. This is found menu item Supervisor Utilities->Licensed Connection

Notification for red cloud error

MyProcare: Allow 3rd option for gender selection

On the MyProcare registration form, you can add a gender selection. However, there are only 2 options. Customers would like to see "prefer not to say" or "other" as a 3rd option. This would make the form more accessible and useful for centers.
