PINNED Registration - Gender

The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

Require admins to enter a new password when their account has been reset

I was guessing my username and password for a test account and I was able to get into another company's test account. Our general password is too common and we'd like to make sure that everyone changes their password as soon as we reset it.

Exception Report

an exception report if a payment did not post in tuition express. we are finding more payments missed due to user error or a glitch.

Document Upload - Connect Portal - Notification Tile/Email

Have a tile on the Home screen of the admin site to notify users if documents have been uploaded by parents on the Connect Portal

Ability to send emails through Communication using staff email addresses

It would allow for more clear communication and keep parents from deleting emails/thinking emails are spam.

Auto-Checkout Configuration (End of Day Process)

Add configuration to allow centers to select if children should auto-check out at a certain time. This will help to make sure attendance records are complete.

Allocation on manual adjustment

On Outstanding Payment screen allow you to see who is an "active" client, and who is on Auto-Pay.
