Please allow parents to see their ledgers and statements from Procare Connect/App instead of having to go to MyProcare. It is confusing for parents to have to sign in into a completely different site to be able to see their billing information.

We do not like the new Office Chat feature...parents are sending messages through that and the staff is not seeing the message and we do not want all the staff to be admin. I am not sure why this was added and would love to see it removed.
