Critical in this century to have more than binary options, "OTHER" or "UNKNOWN" available to families. Lack of inclusive options alienates families and is embarrassing to us as a program.

When a parent completes certain items online, the item has "Created by user in MyProcare" beside it and we would like that removed. it takes up unnecessary space on forms and we don't need it.
