Please can you make it possible for us to view our messages are read. We need to see that a parent it getting and reading messages. I cannot express how IMPORTANT THIS FEATURE would be.

We would like the ability for parents to mark there child absent for the day through the Proare Parent App. Additionally for an extended period of time say that the child will be gone on vacation.

MyProcare Import Screen (both New and Re-Registration) display the submission date/time in GMT rather than local time. It used to be local and was switched and customers are complaining and confused with the change.

Your document function for zooming in and out is terrible. It is not user friendly, sticks, won't go back to the main page. Parents get frustrated and so do staff.
