As a user, I would like to be able to do the following with document management: Drag and drop documents Bulk uploading of documents Bulk downloading of documents. Have a more obvious button for going to the file browser.

MyProcare Import Screen (both New and Re-Registration) display the submission date/time in GMT rather than local time. It used to be local and was switched and customers are complaining and confused with the change.

The corporate portal displays the staff pin, however that does not push down to the schools. Can we remove that field please? It has caused confusion for customers.

In the staff role and permissions, there is not a setting for tags permissions. Client is concerned that teachers may accidentally delete or modify tags. Please consider making permissions around tags for "read" or "no access" to allow center's to...

Client stated that when parents are signing up it may reject their password but does not give any guidance on what is allowed or required. Please provide some guidance to parents or indication of the issue if the password is rejected. Thank you.

Customer would like an option to CC Specific Staff each time a newsletter is sent.Overall they are asking for a field where they can default who receives a copy of a newsletter each time a newsletter is sent

Allow the app to be viewed horizontally. Currently the app only allows for portrait display. It would be nice if they could rotate as necessary.
