Adding Age Range Column in Classroom Configuration

If we can add a column for Age Range in Desktop Classroom Configuration for PE with DT and be able sync it over to PE that would be a great feature.

In the payment option the amount owed shouldn't populate automatically. It should show 0 until amount entered

Example: Payment made was $120 but Amount owed $240. When entered the payment by credit card option the amount automatically showed the $240 which needed to be changed to $120.00. This step is sometime missed by other administrators.

Allow the Employee Earning/Withholding Summary to print a specific pay period and not go according to the paydate posted

Last year I was able to print out my payroll for Employee Earning/Withholding summary according to the payroll date range, NOT the date posted

Documents move with a child

Tuition Express NSF notification

We love TE for the ease and timesaving. The only issue is that admin gets zero notification when a payment does not process. Therefore, we do not know the payment was not made unless we look at each individual account a few days after processing.

I recommend that Procare be fixed so that a custom schedule can't be created and saved without at least one line of data in it.

Currently a custom schedule can be created without anything in it. That means the child won't have any FTE value, but also doesn't appear on the report of children without a schedule, so we won't know the issue exists.
