The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

In the tier 1 email queue we get regular requests from parents on how they can disable the daily summaries they receive about their child

Invoice billing

Add invoice billing to procare desktop, allowing families to be billed to a specific invoice and then payments applied to that same invoice. The ledger is confusing for our families.

Messaging Forum

Class Dojo has a feature where parents can like and comment on messages from teachers and be able to communicate with other parents. This center said she loved this feature in Class Dojo and wants to see it in Procare.

Customize Recurring Payment Request

Add a parent/contact profile pic from the portal

The only way to currently add a profile pic for a parent or contact is through the app. Children pics can be added through the portal. Adding through the portal for parents would give centers more flexibility in this

Display Family ID outside of Reports

Customer has found the Family ID column of billing reports to be helpful in reconciling. The Family ID is only visible within a report, and is not displayed elsewhere in Procare Online.

Allow Admins to Merge and Delete Duplicate Records

Customers are limited to deactivating duplicate records, which can quickly make a mess of their Family Data. Customer has suggested allowing Admins to merge and delete any duplicate records.
