Assign a unique ID witin the Room ID field in the DB for staff assigned to all rooms rather than a 'null'

Allow view to student sign in independently from 'transfers' on the dashboard.

Make it possible to identify how many students have been signed in by parents that day. Present the transfer activities differntly in the UI than the sign in/out activities even though they are technically the same kind of activity�.
