Making it easier for families is very important, so we suggest that parents are able to only have to access ONE platform (app preferably).

Families are confused about needing to register for the app and the myProcare separately. It would be extremely helpful if families only had to access the app to do everything they need (enter emergency contacts, pay tuition, etc.).
