Develop an audit trail for changes made to the billing box.

On occasion my billing box has been changed to allow parents to pay a different amount than what is supposed to be charge. I would like to know who changed it. I am aware of the ability to grant and deny access to the billing box.

Tuition Express NSF notification

We love TE for the ease and timesaving. The only issue is that admin gets zero notification when a payment does not process. Therefore, we do not know the payment was not made unless we look at each individual account a few days after processing.

I recommend that Procare be fixed so that a custom schedule can't be created and saved without at least one line of data in it.

Currently a custom schedule can be created without anything in it. That means the child won't have any FTE value, but also doesn't appear on the report of children without a schedule, so we won't know the issue exists.

Tracking absent days for subsidy children

Nevada childcare subsidy allows families 10 absent days per certificate period. There should be a way to track the absences and then bill the family accordingly after they have used all 10 absent days
