Admin should not have to approve absences in FE

Multiple Accounts Set Up Under One Admin Email

Currently, each account needs to be set up under a unique email. We sometimes have large accounts come through, and not only is this setup a lengthy manual process, but some customers do not have a unique email for us to use for each account.
