PINNED Registration - Gender

The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

Have PRA rates show all at once without needing the 'Expand Rates' option.

Remove or Delay Batch Job status_discharge.sh

Issue 29 th /30 th weekend to update to attendance, makes active- bills registration fee- people leaving active, put term date and it wouldn’t bill- lets you put schedule but not bill

Fix "District Manager/Restricted" role
