The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

I understand that my procare is available to make payments separate from the app but it would be much more efficient and convenient for parents to pay "within" the app. Even if there was a link to my procare from the app that would be great. Rather than having to fermenter the link to make a payment. Yes they can bookmark it but not everyone is tech saavy in that sense.

be able to enter an "as of" date for tuition express to use when determining the balance on the account

We receive 2.5 months of scholarship money at a time for a student (4 times a year). Tuition express won't pull the parent's portion because it thinks there is a credit even though as of todays date there is a balance.

Lock the Identification Number field

I would like the Identification Number field on the Person Information page locked to the Accountant or Admin only. This number should not be accessible to employees since it's used for payroll purposes when uploading to ADP for payroll purposes.

This would be a more accurate report for determining spot availability. It could then include those already attending, as well as those contracted but not yet started.

This report is more concise than a Rollcall page for determining future spot availability. However, age also makes a difference regarding availability.
