The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

Per DSS New Child Sign In & Out sheet

Offer preloaded Provincial standards for the assessment portion of the engagement app.

Procare offers preloaded state standards for all 50 states for the assessment portion on the engagement app but doesn't offer any Canadian standards. I know Lillio formerly HiMama offers this for Canadian and USA standards.

We have been using ProCare since it was developed. We love the program, but it does not currently produce production records. We just went through a CACFP audit for our Food program. We submitted everything through our Procare Records.

Babies not born to be on contract billing

I have babies who are not born yet and I need to charge a monthly hold fee. I want it on contract billing but not visible on the classroom ipads. I keep forgetting to charge them manually.

Messaging Forum

Class Dojo has a feature where parents can like and comment on messages from teachers and be able to communicate with other parents. This center said she loved this feature in Class Dojo and wants to see it in Procare.

Payment Method on Online Credit Card Screen and Family Ledger

Cadence is requesting an enhancement to help manage accounts. Currently, SCW does not provide a way to differentiate between autopay methods and stored one-time payment methods on the Online Credit Card screen or the family's ledger view.
