We have no insight into who changes/edits parent autopay accounts. This has caused parents questioning certain charges going through. But we have no way to identify if the family changed their information or if an Admin changed it.

The questions default to "no" when you add a new student on the parent portal. This creates problems if parents skip over the questions. It would be less problematic if these could default to "n/a"
