Add a Time Stamp on reports with the date stamp.

When running reports especially when closing you may run several of the same. It helps to know what the most current report is.

Hide disenrolled children

I have foster parents who get kids for a short amount of time. It would be nice to be able to shrink them or hide them once they are gone.
