The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

We do not like the new Office Chat feature...parents are sending messages through that and the staff is not seeing the message and we do not want all the staff to be admin. I am not sure why this was added and would love to see it removed.

Hide Pendo Advertisement of TE to Customers Outside of US
For customers outside of the US, they will need to use Stripe as their payment processor. A better customer experience would be to remove the pendo that advertises TE in the top right corner sinc ethey cannot use TE.
many parents thought they signed up for the auto pay feature, just to find out it isn't working. Is there a reason? Since we at the school don't have the parent app, I don't see where it is. This has been requested by a lot of our parents.
