The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

Automatic reminders for requirements due

We are struggling keeping track of the required forms due dates. It would be great if there would be an option to send automatic reminders to us and the parents before the requirement is due.

Mobile app display rotation

Allow the app to be viewed horizontally. Currently the app only allows for portrait display. It would be nice if they could rotate as necessary.

When a parent has an overdue balance,option for their PIN to automatically get suspended to prevent signing in, and the parent receives an email. Once paid, the PIN is automatically re-activated. (this should be a configuration where a center can choose if they want this option

This will prevent parents who haven't paid their balance from checking-in their child until the balance has been paid. Children should not be able to attend if their parents are not paying.

Add the Child Plud Upload Documents functionality to Procare Online / Engagement

Add in the functionality to - Select what documents are required from families for the student.- Send a link to the parents for the documents- Include validation with name and birthday- Clearly show what documents are required and how to upload them

The School should be able to control their own settings

I was not able to control which posts should require admin approval and which shouldn't. The schools should be able to make these decisions themselves and control it under "school settings" instead of having to message the help center.
