The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

OT Calc for Twice Monthly Payroll

Since we have the option to configure the pay periods for Twice a Month, we should have the option to calculate OT for those pay periods, i.e. anything over 80 (or have the customer input the desired number) standard hours.

Switch Primary Sponsor

Sometimes the data gets imported incorrectly and/or the parents just want to switch. Parent #2 needs to be the Primary, etc... It would be really nice if there was a button to switch the parents.

Ability for Parents to add PAD Banking Information - Canada

We currently have Zeamster that provide encryption to bank accounts in DCW. We would like the ability for parents to add this information straight into the portal, rather than to have admin enter this manually.

GPS for staff clock in

Client wants staff to be able to CICO from any device, but only when at the school and asked if the GPS worked for that. If there is anyway that the staff could CICO using GPS and/or QR Code there would be a lot of happy clients.

Load right data

When I try to review the logging for my center it will not load the information for the correct date being set. It loads the current days stuff even if the calendar says it is showing the previous day.

Active children show up first

I would like to suggest that it would be a good idea to list the active children first in a family on procare. This way when posting or checking time in/out those children would come up first instead of children who are no longer enrolled. Thanks,...
