Bulk Upload

If a customer accidentally adds more than one upload, there is not a batch way to clear the uploaded duplicates. Implementation either has to create the customer a new account or we have to remove the duplicates.

On the payer 'person information page', it would be great if there was an option to log the text message as it is when you send a mass text message.

This allows up to track all correspondences with the parents so all staff can be informed on all and any correspondences with the parent.
