The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

Multifamily enhancement where parents cannot see other parent's information

Allow multiple registration fees via Leads

Customers can have multiple registration fees, but can only configure one fee currently via leads.

Making it easier for families is very important, so we suggest that parents are able to only have to access ONE platform (app preferably).

Families are confused about needing to register for the app and the myProcare separately. It would be extremely helpful if families only had to access the app to do everything they need (enter emergency contacts, pay tuition, etc.).

Manual Sync

If you go to the School Settings > General Settings on the staff side there are links to Help Articles under a Learn More link. On the Parent's website view could you put the guides for Documents for Parents in a Learn More link on the document...
