It would be great if when you pulled up an account to issue a Standard Customer Stmnt or any report the email of the account you are in would automatically populate with the email

Sync staff timecard to desktop or allow import

Staff times should either sync to desktop or allow us to export manually from oniine and import to desktop. So many good reports are on desktop and we can't use them.

In the payment option the amount owed shouldn't populate automatically. It should show 0 until amount entered

Example: Payment made was $120 but Amount owed $240. When entered the payment by credit card option the amount automatically showed the $240 which needed to be changed to $120.00. This step is sometime missed by other administrators.
