PINNED Registration - Gender
The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

Third Party Schedule vs Actual Report - Excel

Details: LCG would like to know if Procare has the ability to create a report in LCW that includes all LCG schools in one tab. We currently do not have the ability to do so:

Extended Registration Report - Excel - Have Data Field changes reflected on the report. So if a data field is changed, the name of the data field should show in the column header instead of having what the original name of the field was.

Repurposed a lot of data fields and it's very difficult to know what questions are what because they all show the original name on the Extended Registration Report

Quickbooks report - customer name

Pre-Bill Report for Third Party

We would like a pre-bill report that displays the parent copay and the sponsor amount due.

Need a report that will show race and ethnicity answer for each child.

We often need this info for grant reporting, but we also share it with our staff as part of our ongoing DEI work. So far, the OMER report is the only one that shows this info, but does not always give us accurate info for given timeframes.

The system should allow us to mark when a student is absent.

It will remove kids that are not signed in due to being absent on the IPad. Right now it looks like we should be looking for those kids!

Only allow full payments with PMC, not partial payments with pre-paid cards

Parents are able to check out paying a partial amount with pre-paid debit cards. This is not equitable to all families in the district.

Ability to translate User Defined Fields into Spanish on Registration Template

When selecting the drop down for "Spanish" on the Registration form, it only translates the "Click to View" buttons.
