The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

Set PDF as the default report export type

Whenever a report is run in Desktop and you click the Export option to save it, the default option is always .rpt Crystal Report document type which is unusable to our customers. PDF is the choice 90% of the time and should be the default option.

Reset MyProcare Import Date/Time to Local rather than GMT display

MyProcare Import Screen (both New and Re-Registration) display the submission date/time in GMT rather than local time. It used to be local and was switched and customers are complaining and confused with the change.

Hide Pendo Advertisement of TE to Customers Outside of US

For customers outside of the US, they will need to use Stripe as their payment processor. A better customer experience would be to remove the pendo that advertises TE in the top right corner sinc ethey cannot use TE.

Incorrect image showing on Subsidy Ledger screen

When navigating to the Subsidy section and clicking into a newly created subsidy ledger, the image does not align with the content. It shows an image of attendance, as seen in the added file.
