The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

We do not like the new Office Chat feature...parents are sending messages through that and the staff is not seeing the message and we do not want all the staff to be admin. I am not sure why this was added and would love to see it removed.

Allow Desktop customers to set a schedule for Batch Processing to automatically pull payments without running the function every day/week/month/quarter.
Fix ACH Payment Posting on FE so that centers can utilize the feature
ACH is not currently being enabled as a payment option on FE, as payment posting is inconsistent. ACH Returns and refunds also cause issues when posting to Desktop.
Client stated that when parents are signing up it may reject their password but does not give any guidance on what is allowed or required. Please provide some guidance to parents or indication of the issue if the password is rejected. Thank you.
The sync error button does not seem to stay after viewing it. Please make this button always appears as it helps customer determine why a sync error occurred
