The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

It would be awesome to have a grandparent portal where they only get the photos.

Not on the parenting messaging or daily fire drills and updates but have the ability to stay up to date on photos for grandparents. I'm a parent to the child at the center and feel a lot would benefit from this.

Faster Document Sending (Documents feature in Online/Engagement)

There is a lag of 1+ hours between a customer sending a Document and it being received by the recipient. It would be helpful if the Document was sent quicker. This has been brought up previously but currently BAM 90274094 is requesting this.
