The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

Leads Reports

Improve Leads reporting to include reporting how many leads are coming in for a specified date range. This is helpful with marketing and forecasting how many new families are enrolling per month at any given time of year.

In PO/PE, on a child's profile there is a tab called "Documents" that has nothing to do with the new documents feature we recently released, this is confusing and should be renamed.

Display ACH Reconciliations Greater than 10 Days

Family financial ledgers only update ACH payments within a 10 day window. If a user disputes a payment with their bank after that 10 day window, no reconciliation is done with SCW and displayed on the financial statement

Staff Schedule available across the app and desktop side

Staff cannot see their schedule created on the desktop side of Procare on their app. But when I create their schedule on Procare connect I loose the functionality of payroll.
