The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

Prepaid Deposit Report

It is possible to have a selection to run for families with balances only? Currently displays families with a zero balance, and the number of lines is becoming an issue.

Permissions for Payment Rec tool

CDS has indicated that they would be unable to use the payment reconciliation tool as-is because they have concerns about misuse. They would like permissions associated with the tool in User Groups and Limits so that they can restrict access to it.

Allow customers to add additional Roles for Staff

A customer has requested that they be allowed to add and edit additional roles for Staff. This allows them to bestow titles to their staff.

Display ACH Reconciliations Greater than 10 Days

Family financial ledgers only update ACH payments within a 10 day window. If a user disputes a payment with their bank after that 10 day window, no reconciliation is done with SCW and displayed on the financial statement

Hide disenrolled children

We are in need of a report that alerts us when child physicals are coming up due

We currently enter the child's most recent physical. All physicals are due annually. We can then generate a report that list all students with their physical dates and highlights those coming up
